I´ve been using Ciberview to scan films with no problem.

Now i have purchased Silverfast SE Plus and i can not scan right because the film strip do not loads in the right position : it do not position the firts frame on the right place, so batch scan is all full of errors.

Is there any way to solve this?

I´d like the scanner to load the frame in the right place to let me work with batch process. As i can see Cyberview prescan and detects frames so no matter the initial load, but Silverfast do no do this. Furthermore, Silver fast do not recognice properly the photo frame and includes black outter bands.

Dear user,

The Overview window has an offset correction tool below the thumbnails. In case the scanner does not detect the beginning of the film correctly it can be used to correct a misalignment. Holding the shift key will switch the correction direction.
