LaserSoft Imaging

Hi there,
I've got a problem with my Reflecta RPS 10M. From time to time I can't choose the 10.000dpi max resolution but instead only 500dpi. Could you please help me understanding the problem or which settings i have to change in order to scan with the full resolution?

Dear user,

You first must insert a film and make a prescan before you can select a resolution.
Previous to that the settings are not loaded.
