LaserSoft Imaging

Hi,
Purchased this scanner and of it came with it's own scanner software (CyberView X5).
It worked, but quality was bad. Downloaded Silverfast demo and after scanning few tests i bought it.
Unlocked the software. Then i scanned few slides ok...
...and now i get this "Image Data Error 1". It comes when i hit prescan. I can close the software in task manager but error comes again when i try to prescan.

The worst thing - CyberView is also giving me this error! It did not before.

I'm running Silverfast on Lenovo W510, fresh win7 Enterprise edition.
Using usb-cable that came with the scanner.

I've googled this error and i dont seem to get any solution to that.

Any ideas!

Have you contacted Reflecta about this?
They should know what the error means.

Not yet, i contacted reseller (scandig) and they recommended to send scanner back to reflecta for repairs.
So it seems to be a hardware problem.
