LaserSoft Imaging

I have been normally using the Reflecta MF5000 for a week and suddently today when i try to prescan negatives it didn't scan anything, it appears empty like it if was all white
probably i'm doing anything wrong but i've been trying lots of things and can't solve it.

Have you tried using CyberView to do a scan?
If that also gives you an empty scan you should contact the reseller or manufacturer about this.

i was idiot, it works perfectly, forgot to do some steps and pushing the film to the end
