Hello,

I am sure this is something that has been asked before.

My problem is that Silverfast 8 can't detect my reflecta 7200. I got Silverfast when I purchased my Epson V800 and it works fine with that. Any suggestions on how to resolve this issue would be greatly appriciated because I can't seem to find anything on Google.

Also the reflecta scanner is installed with the latest driver from the manufacturer's homepage. Right now I use the not-so-good included software. X something...

Dear Tim,

Have you installed a SilverFast version for the Reflecta?
SilverFast is always individually tailored to each device.
An EPSON version would not be able to access a Reflecta device, that would require a dedicated module.

Dear Tim,

Yes you will need an additional license.
You can purchase it with a discount as a cross-grade, by entering an existing serial in our shop.
