Hello,

I updated Silverfast to Version 8.5.0r3 on a Macbook running Mac OSX Yosemite version 10.10.2. I also updated Cyberview and the firmware of the scanner through Help>Firmware update. When I run Silverfast the welcome screen no longer shows my Crytalscan 7200 scanner as an option but a generic "Single Frame Film Scanner". This fact negatively affects the resolution of my scans. I uninstall and installed Silverfast several times, but the issue remains.

Could you help me solve this issue?

Dear Fernando,

The name in the Welcome screen is correct.
This is the internal name of the scanner.
This has no influence on the available resolution.
The resolution is directly obtained from the device driver.
