UI problems with the Batch Save dialogs

When the Batch Save dialog is presented, either in response to Batch (File) scan, or to a Job Manager scan, the SF options are not immediately visible. The user needs to resize the dialog to force a redraw. The SF options then present themselves. Interacting with any object that hides or displays another object in the interface will however force everything out of wack again.
One other comment about the Batch Save:
It is not obvious that BatchPic is a placeholder for the value entered into the Name field of the SF interface, and the value it represents is not used in the sample file name display.
There are other oddities about the Batch Save options, but they can be explained by the necessary logic in effect; eg, it's mandatory that there's at least one multi-digit index in the file name even if the user doesn't specify one; if fields contain multi-digit indexes and extra text, the index placeholders are interpreted literally, etc.
