LaserSoft Imaging

Hi,
I didn't need scanner for a while, and today after updating to 10.5.5 I had to scan one page, but... I cannot launch SilverFast Ai 6.6.r2 - I just go round and round the Universal Launcher - I launch the launcher, press SilverFast (Canon SDK) (vers. 6.6.0r2) button, this screen disappears and appears again... That's all. If I press button to the reight, the same thing happens. Where's problem?

My system:
Apple MacBook Pro 17", 2.33 GHz Intel Core 2 Duo with 667MHz frontside bus, BootROM: MBP21.00A5.B08.
2 GB PC2-5300 (667 MHz) DDR2 SDRAM,
ATI Radeon X1600 PCIe - 256 MB GDDR3 SDRAM,
LCD native screen resolution: 1680 x 1050,
320 GB WD Scorpio (WDC WD3200BEVT-11ZCT0) Serial-ATA HDD (152 GB free),
MATSHITADVD-R UJ-85J Double-Layer SuperDrive,
AirPort Extreme (0x168C, 0x87), Bluetooth 2.0+EDR,
Mac OS X 10.5.5 with all the latest iTunes, QuickTime Pro and security updates.

It seems like there is some kind of problem with the access rights.
Have you tried repairing theses with the Mac Disk Utility?

No, I ran Disk Utility, but it didn't find anything. Everything's OK.

very strange behavior, please try deleting the "preferece files" to see if this cures the condition.
If this does not help please contact our Support via the Support Assistant.

It doesn't help. I already deal with the LSI Testing Center. Thank you for taking time dealing with my problem.
