LaserSoft Imaging

Dear Lasersoft users,

While scanning with my EPSON V850, under every condition and setting, it's not possible for me to scan in fullest resolution using the MAC OS version of Silverfish SE Plus though using Windows it's not a problem at all. Also the ME and IR function are not used in MAC OS but in windows they are! What goes wrong here? See attached pictures.

Dear user,

please make sure you have the latest SilverFast update installed. It will warn you when your settings exceed the scanner's limitations.
The device can only produce image data up to 4GB.
