LaserSoft Imaging

Hi,

I've juste upraded to Silverfast 8 on my new computer (Intel Mac OS 10) but it doesn't recognized my reflecta 7200 when i start the program ; it doesn't appear clearly in the first window (just" single from film scanner" is selected)
I can just se the green light of the scanner and i hear a little noise when it starts, but it doesn't scan...Do i need a driver ?

Dear customer,

The driver is included in SilverFast. However the firmware on your scanner might be too old.
Please make sure it is up to date.
You can download the firmware (a 64kb .bin file) from the manufacturer homepage and upload it to the device through the CyberView Help menu.
