SE6 Plus upgrade problems

Yesterday I received the email about upgrading to SEPlus, clicked on the upgrade link, selected the brand and model, selected the upgrade option, entered my current serial number and eventually the brand and model, and yet still the system ended up selling me a copy of SE at $49 rather than the SEPlus Upgrade I had entered and thought I was buying.
I have emailed several times but haven't even received any acknowledgement. At this stage I can only surmise that Silverfast is not interested in customer support - or worse.
I guess if Silverfast is not interested in sorting its problems then my only course of action is to report the transaction to the credit card company and have them kill the transaction.
Great product - lousy website design (update on change on two drop-down lists? Of course that causes an error message!!) and non-existent sales support though.
