Store did not work

I tried to order the download version of SilverFast Ai Studio 6 (Windows TWAIN for HP 8250). The store site took all my information (including my credt card info!) and when I clicked "Buy" went back to to beginning of the store, no confirmation, no download! What's going on?

Got a reply this morning and tried it again. Worked fine this time, so I assume it was my error last night. Teach me to buy things online just before bedtime. :oops:
