LaserSoft Imaging

I am having a problem with downloading QT movies.
I click download, I see that it is downloading on the lower taskbar, I get a confirmation, but when I try to launch a movie from Silverfast, I get a warning that the file can't be found. I have looked for the download on my computer but can't find it. Please help!!

i suspect you need to use the installer version. goto
http://www.silverfast.com/show/pdfs/en.html
and click on the version you need. These are large files.
The other movies are for playing in your browser with the quicktime plugin. You can still download them and play them that way, but silverfast will not have any idea where they are.
