Download product after purchase

After paying for an upgrade and going through the next few pages, the download button asks for a user name and password. Where do I get this?

with purchase of an upgrade you should have received necessary login and password - on both web site and by email. If for any reason this information is lost - please contact our support providing your invoice number.
