Changing scanner.

Hi, I am thinking of changing back to a Plustek OpticFilm8100 Film Scanner. Could I use my present version of SF.8 which I now use on a Canon 9000F Mk.II or do I have to purchase the more expensive Plustek OpticFilm8200iSE to be able to use SF.8 ?

Dear customer,
SilverFast is always individually tailored to each device.
A version for a certain device will not work for another scanner.
You however can use your existing license for a discount if you
purchase additional licenses.
