How does the mask tool work?
I looked on the web, but can't find it, and know its explained or showed somewhere.
The movie for Scc doesn't go there, so can you please point me in the right direction, to a place where it shows how to use this.

for which SilverFast version?

This tool works slightly different in SilverFast 6 and SilverFast 8.

In SilverFast 8 holding the masking tool button for about a second will give you additional tools to create and edit masks.
A movie is not yet available but I will forward this request.
