LaserSoft Imaging

I'm scanning thousands of slides, close to a thousend in so far. I've been scanning 64-Bit HDRi to TIFF files. Does scanning to DNG offer any advantages that I should consider, possibly re-scan? The goal is to have archival copies.

No the DNG format is simply a different container for the same data.
