I scan a large number of images, mostly negatives, with Silverfast 8 Ai Studio in 64HDRi format for later processing with Silverfast 8 HDR. I am looking at ways to streamline my workflow and speed it up.

With the 64HDRi format, my understanding is that the Negafix profile selected while scanning, is attached to the 64HDRi file but not processed at scan time, so that Silverfast HDR will know what film type to apply when it is processing the raw 64HDRi file. Is this correct?

When processing the scanned images with Silverfast 8 HDR, I look at each image and add the necessary edits and corrections in the JobManager. However, the subsequent processing is taking a very long time with large files, especially if iSRD is applied too. Is there a way to transfer these JobManager entries as a "Batch Job" to a server farm to process the images in the background to free up my graphic workstation?

In the current version of SilverFast 8 the NegaFix film information is stored in the 48/64bit HDR(i) files Metadata.
This data is later used in SilverFast HDR (studio) for processing.
So you understood that correctly.

You can install SilverFast HDR studio on a different system to do the processing there.
Also please check the preferences' general tab.
There you will find the setting for the memory limit.
And also a setting for the temporary file storage.
Raising the memory limit can speed up the processing.
Placing the temporary files on a second hard-drive (other than the main hard-drive) can also improve performance.

Just to clarify, as you have not explicitly answered my last question:

Is it possible to view the images on my workstation, running Silverfast HDR, and create the JobManager entries for each image and then transfer the JobManager entries to a second computer (server), also running Silverfast HDR, to proicess the JobManmager entries as a batch so that I can free up my workstation?

No this is currently not possible.
You can save jobs but these can not be exported to another system at the moment.
But I will forward your suggestion to our product management.
