Hallo liebes Forum,

ich habe mir einen neuen PC geleistet und wollte nun meinen Plustek 7200 am neuen PC weiternutzen. Leider meldet mir Silverfast das ich den Namen korrigieren soll um die Freischaltung durchführen zu können. Ich bin mir aber sicher den richtigen Namen und die richtige Seriennummer angegeben zu haben.

Was mache ich falsch?

I have a new PC and wanted done now Plustek 7200 on my new PC use. Unfortunately SilverFast notify me that I should correct the name to unlock them. But I am sure the right name and the correct serial number to have.

What am I doing wrong?

Dear KriegerK,

if you have a SilverFast CD then please install SilverFast from it first,
then download the latest uddate from our web site, and install this one afterwards.
If you still have problems then please supply information about your serial and your name to our support.
