LaserSoft Imaging

Hi There,

I have reinstalled my scanner after a long time. I'm using Vista and a Plustek Opticfilm 7200 scanner. Quickscan is working perfect, but when I want to use intelliscan, Silverfast will not launch. It stops with a window asking to select the plugin folder.
Can someone advise me?

Dear John,

have you installed the latest update from our website.
It sounds like you are using an outdated version.
The plugin folder would be the installation folder.
