LaserSoft Imaging

Hi Everyone.

I am having issues with my scans, There is a line in the middle of the frame from Top to bottom on my scans. I am currently scanning 120 Film 6x6 Colour Negatives, I have tried different negatives but all have this issue.

Its really frustrating that there is almost no information available online and sadly plustek is of no help too.

This is most often caused by dust on the sensor or the lamp.
You should contact Plustek about this and ask them how to clean the device.
