LaserSoft Imaging

Hi,

My 7600i SE is suddenly not detected by the PC. And any PC for that matter (tried a couple). The indicator/ power light on the scanner now just flashes and nothing else is happening.

Is this a Silverfast software problem, driver problem or is the scanner now faulty?

Dear Art,

Have you tested the manufacturer's QuickScan utility.

A flashing light could indicate a scanner issue.
You should contact Plustek about that.
