LaserSoft Imaging

Hey everyone.

All of the sudden I get a black box in the corner of all my slides!

- There is nothing blocking the slide, when I look at it outside the machine.

- The Door of the machine is closed so no light can get through.

Why is this happening??

That definitely looks like some kind of shadow or something blocking the sensor.
Please contact the Plustek support about this.

Well... That answer would have been pretty thin even waaay back when I actually (tried to) post this topic (why should it take so long to get a topic approved, when it is not offensive in anyway?).

The use of a forum is (at least that's what I thought) to help users, who cannot find a solution for themselves.

In the meantime, my Opticfilm has been sent to the shop I bought it, to get it replaced with a new one.

Yes I am sorry about the ongoing delay.
Unfortunately the moderators with the according rights were sick. I myself was out for two weeks which caused some tailback.
