LaserSoft Imaging

Hi,
I want to scan with 3600 ppi but I can't. The preset didn't change accordingly to my resolution adjustment bar.
I try to adjust the zoom level to 100% as advice in other thread, but I can't. It stay at 25 -26% even with ctrl ++ or +-
Please advise.

Dear Nung,

You can simply drag the slider to the resolution you would like to use.
Setting the Preset is not necessary to determine the resolution.
It is only used to calculate resolutions for certain print sizes.
