Darkened Corners

On some 35mm and medium format negatives I have scanned, I have noticed that the corners are more than 1 stop underexposed than the center. In each case, photos of a wall, the illumination was even. There were no shadows. The lenses were 35mm. I used an old Rolleiflex and an Olympus 35rc both leaf shutters. Maybe that is the problem yet the rest of the frames on the roll are fine. Any ideas?

Dear customer,

Which scanner are you using?
Most known devices use a lamp which moves with the sensor.
So if this would be a lighting issue the bright/dark areas would be stripes in scan direction.
If only the corners have a lower exposure than the central part it is most likely an issue which exists in the images themselves.
