Hi

With combination of the above mentionend programmes and OS Silverfast will scan around 30-60% and and then halt with an unkown error. I have been looking all over to get rid of this behaviour.

I did the following:

upgraded to the latest version of silverfast which was of no avail.

I would appreciate some help or suggestion.

Dear Matthias,

please get sure to allocate enough memory in photoshop for the plug-ins. the Lack of memory often is a problem.

You may verify your problem with the stand-alone version - if it works with it you should check the memory in photoshop, please.
