Hi LSI,

I just download the demo version of the Scan Multi and try a positive 645. Surprising no image can be obtained, and the prescan is basically a black rectangular image.

I think I must have done something wrong, but I didn't touch anything after installation. I have tried reboot my PC, but still I cannot get any image. I then scan using the minolta software and it is ok.

Any clue? I want to sort this out before really buying.

Do you have transparency/negative selected on the general tab?

I selected transparency. and 'positive'. scan mode is normal.

I found it works for 35mm but got complete black scan for 645.

What happens if you change from positive to negative?
