I have ScanMultiPro as well as set of IT8 calibration targets for different films. What minimum version of SilverFast do I need to perform IT8 calibration?

I believe you are able to perform IT8 calibration with any version of SilverFast, but if you want to perform automatic IT8 calibrations you need the LaserSoft IT8 targets and the versions of SilverFast with the added feature for reading the BAR code from the LaserSoft targets.
If you don't want to use LaserSoft's targets etc. you need to get software that will allow you to create ICC profiles, such as Monaco or Spider.

Thanks a lot.
In other words, if I have LaserSoft target I am able to perform calibration even in SilverFast SE?

Well,
If you have a LaserSoft target it is an automated process, but using products such as those from Monaco or Spider it is not an automated process in Silverfast.
