LaserSoft Imaging

When ever I Pre Scan or Scan, I get a Error in Scan Start "cannot Start Scanner" Any body else have these problems. It works well with the Minolta Software but not with anyother Programs. (silver fast Ai). It worked for a couple of scans but then it just bombed out on me. Running an HP with a 2.4 GHZ. 512 Megs of Ram. Windows XP. Downloaded upgrades and it still dosn't work. Got a solution, give me a post back. Thanks alot guys.

I would appreciate if you could paste a fresh copy of the SF_Logfile in the problem report.
