LaserSoft Imaging

When I use the dust&scrach remover. Silerfast just goes to sleep. I cant even get taskmanager to appear! OK, Im using XP, 2Geg of ram,Ver 6.0.2r.36 Photoshop plugin, Duel AMD 1800+. By the way is Silerfast aware of duel prosser mach"s? I have Photoshop set to 43% of the mem. on my mach. I did try other settings. But still happens. Oh yes, it takes a few selections before it starts. There are using the same mask number (if that matters), the only mask in memory. I delete all others when the scan is done. Is this a known problem?
