Some worthwhile BatchScan options

First of all I'd like to thank for the latest improvements (6.5.1.r2) in SF Ai, they do save some clicks and make batch scanning a less tedious procedure. But there is still room for substantial improvement regarding the JobManager:
- automated creation of previews (previews should generally have their own shortcut to speed up work by using keystrokes, not only when using JM)
- the CCR option should also be a copyable aspect
- at some point it might be necessary to adjust the film strip positions if slides wander out of the preview area, by doing that, all of the film strip's images positions are also affected, resulting in a complete review and preview scan for each image (ie. the image in question is at the end of the batch) ? this doesn't have to be like that. alterations should be kept for the actual and the following images only

And window or palette positions should really stay where they've been put in the last session, when starting SF up. Even if people like me use two monitors. Of course a true UB version would not only solve a lot of small glitches and anomalies like faulty window refresh when switching between applications, it would hopefully make SF snappier to work with as it's quite slow even on up-to-date machines.

I hope these are worthwhile additions for everyone using Ai, considering them for the next update is highly appreciated.

Thank you, Patrick
