new video of entire scan process?

I think something highly valuable for the beginner/intermediate level folk, wanting to become more involved with their scans, would be some new videos using SF.
This is something I would be willing to pay for actually.
I know that the scanning world is full of possibilities as to what to scan, but i find the on screen videos within the UI very handy for a first time 'student' of SF.
the video would take a user through each step automatically instead of having individual videos based on the screen. i don't mean to remove the UI videos b/c they are great. But have something where it shows you taking a photo through the entire process.
More importantly, the entire video would be focused on 1 type of photo.
For example:
1. scanning in an old photo from the beginning of the 20th century (ie. I scan alot of WWII photos and family shots from the late 1800s and early 1900s). walking it through the scan settings, removing dust/scratches, fixing colour etc..etc..
I would say I'm an intermediate level scanning individual b/c i've done some wonderful work using SF and my scanner. Even for me, I would love to see the process from another set of eyes and i know for a beginner, there would be huge value add to dloading an all encompassing type of movie.
Just a though. Heck, if i get the time, maybe i'll make one :)
Cheers,
