Support for Digital ICE4 on the Nikon LS9000

I would like to request that SilverFast Ai Studio be enhanced to provide full support for the implementation of Digital ICE on the Nikon LS9000ED.
The following is a quote from the Kodak (ASF) Web site regarding Digital ICE on the LS9000.
"Note: Additionally, the Super Coolscan 9000 ED DIGITAL ICE4 Advanced Technology contains a special optimized version of DIGITAL ICE Technology called "DIGITAL ICE Professional Technology", which provides more robust compatibility to work with KODACHROME film types."
http://www.asf.com/products/ICE4/ICE4_overview.shtml
This additional support for Kodachrome is provided via a special ICE 'mode' that avoids the usual problems of using IR cleaning on Kodachrome. This works extremely well with Kodachrome, but ONLY when using Nikon Scan 4.02. Sadly SilverFast can not, or does not enable this additional feature.

If the Nikon MAID SDK exposes this option for Kodachrome 'mode' on the LS9000 I believe it would be a major benefit to SilverFast to include support for this capability.
Happy Christmas to all at LaserSoft,
