Undo Function and general clean-up

Hi,
you need to be Professor, to run SF Ai. Having now studied hundreds of pages I'm getting close to it
However, a real undo function is needed, ctrl-z does not work reliable (the SF people do not respond to my ticket 2005111305334 even after 2 reminders) and those shift / alt operations are unusable.
Overall SF need some general clean-up ( in Kiel it is called "aufr?umen"), Functions are spread all over the windows and strorage of frame parameters and options is unpredictable. You never know, how SF comes up the next morning!
Of course you SF guys know how it works, but you are too deep in it. You should separate your developers from testers and product managers! Developers never can emulate users/customers.
