Option to turn off Auto Exposure and Auto Focus for Preview

with the Nikon 4000ED, Auto Exposure and Auto Focus significantly increase the time it takes to preview a frame of film. so I try to remember to turn off the Auto Exposure and Auto Focus before previewing. it's not easy though. turning off Auto Focus requires three clicks! and then I sometimes forget to turn them back on for the final scan.
please add an option to turn off Auto Exposure and Auto Focus when scanning Previews.

Dear Gregory,
as far as the Auto Focus for the preview is concerned, users of certain scanners, e.g. the
Polaroid SS120, already have the possibility to switched it off in the Option / Specials tab. It should not be a problem to quickly do the same for
Nikon scanners. We'll check that.

it should be noted that I only use SF Ai to save HDR files. I'd like to save both HDR files and 24-bit colour images at the same time with SF Ai but it's impossible to do efficiently.
anyway, the fact that I'm only saving HDR files means that I have no use for Auto Exposure or Auto Focus when scanning the Preview. I only need to be able to see enough of the image to position and resize the scanning frame. I perform no exposure or colour adjustments of any kind.
in the meantime, I have created a Setting which has Auto Exposure and Auto Focus (among other things) turned off. before scanning a preview, I try to remember to select this setting and then I switch back to another saved setting for HDR output before performing the actual scan. this way, things are actually pretty quick.
