Support Microtek Filmscan 2700

I just purchased a new microtek Filmscan 2700 slidescanner and consider it an outstanding value but the included software leaves much to be desired.
I'm sure this scanner going to be very popular.

The support for this scanner is now implemented in SilverFast and specific versions of both,
SE and
Ai, are available.
