Nudge Frames with Arrow Keys

It would be great if one could nudge/move the frames in the preview window with the arrow keys, and maybe move faster with SHIFT+arrow keys, like in PhotoShop.

I could swear that this feature did exist in a previous version of SF, but it would be really nice to have :D

It was never implemented, but we do consider implement it in the future.
