Nudge Frame position with keyboard arrow keys

Moving the frame with the mouse is not always precise (and slow in response)
It would be nice to have the possibility to nudge/move the frames with the arrow keys,
and maybe in larger steps with SHIFT+arrow keys.
It would also be nice to use the arrow keys in the same way to move the sides of the frame (Resize/crop)
and fine rotate (tilt) the frame.
