Copy / Paste frame settings

It would be very useful to have a Copy / Paste frame setting feature, where I can copy a given frame's settings, and paste them to another frame. This is useful when scanning many negatives, and the bulk of the negatives are best with one set of settings, but a few images work better with slightly adjusted settings.
I work around this missing feature by scanning first all those images with one set of settings, and then go work on those images with an adjusted set, copying the image settings to all frames (since I no longer care about the already scanned images). But this is tedious. I'd like to be able to, say, adjust frame 7's settings, scan, and copy those settings to frames 8 and 9 only and then scan those, leaving frames 10, 11, etc. untouched.
