SF calibrated for Fuji, Kodak or Agfa?

I usally have SF6 calibrated for Fuji Provia. But sometimes when I want to scan some Kodak slides, I calibrate it for Kodachrome (Q60). It would be nice if I could see if I have SF calibrated for Fuji Provia, Kodak or perhaps Agfa.

SilverFast IT8 targets for Fuji, Kodak, Agfa

Currently our IT8 targets are made on Kodak film. We are looking to get Agfa and Fuji film for our IT8 film production, but it seems to be difficult to get the film for or LVT imagers. If some has got a source, please let us know!

I have your IT8 calibration slide for Kodak. I have also bought the Q60 calibration slide from Kodak and a IT8 calibration slide for Fuji Provia/Astia from Wolf Faus t (http://www.targets.coloraid.se). But is there a way to see what IT8 calibration slide I used the last time I calibrated? I would like to be able to name my calibration.
