Request: Larger thumbnails in Overview and Job Manager as an option
When working with thumbnails in the Overview and the Job Manager, there are times where I need to determine (a) if the images are positioned fully within the scan frame, (b) if there are any anomalies such as the 3-pixel left boundary line, and (b) the orientation of the images. Knowing these things, it becomes much easier to copy/paste settings between images rather than having to load or prescan every image to be sure.
The current size of the thumbnails makes it difficult to do these things. With HDR, the thumbnails will normally be of un-enhanced gamma 1.0 HDR images which tend to be dark. It can be very difficult to see the borders and the orientations. I had this very problem today so it's not a theoretical problem.
Either a button switching between Normal and Large thumbnails, or an Options preference selecting Normal or Large thumbnails would be very nice indeed.
regards
Gregory
