Dual Monitor support and a few others

It would really be nice if SF would support dual monitors. I just did a batch scan and after every scan I had to drag the densitometer and the preference screen over to my second monitor. I wish there was a way of saving your preferences so it opened like you want it. Can you disable scan pilot, its a nice feature but after four years of using SF I know longer need it. It just gets in the way now.
I think ACR is great on old faded slides, but if you forget to turn it off you
get some pretty weird previews on newer films. This option should turn itself off after you make a scan

Don't want the Scan Pilot? Click on the "prefs" button on the scan pilot, then de-select "open at startup".

And there is even a short cut to "definitively" get rid of it!!
PC: ALT + "," (comma)
MAC: Apple + ","
This short cut closes the ScanPilot diagog box and changes the option so that the ScanPilot is not called when SF is started
This has been requested in the past.

I know that this same request was made before. This is something that is a real pain for those of us that run dual monitor systems. SF can remember the position of it windows if these are on the main monitor. So those that like these to be on the second monitor have to move these EVERY TIME THEY OPEN FS. Come on please fix this. Folks have been asking for this for a long time.
