LaserSoft Imaging

Hello,
I'am new here.
Perhaps someone could help me.
I use Silverfast Ai E-6.2.1r5, with a Linotype Saphir Ultra 2, on a Mac G4, with a Adaptec SCSI 2906 card, in Mac OSX Panther.

When i scan a negative, my prescan shows horizontal lines, also when i make a definitive scan the lines appear in my scan.

Probably somone els has the same problem or someone knows how i can make a scan from a negative without these lines.

I'am very curious if someone can help me
