LaserSoft Imaging

I have a Canoscan 9950fv scanner. Although the model name is very similar to the 9950f I just wanted to make certain that SilverFast is compatible with it. As nearly as I can tell the specifications are identical for the 9950fv and the 9950f. The 9950fv followed the 9950f here in the Japanese market. Both models are no longer being made, I believe.

the best way would be to download the demo version and try it with the demo version.
It should basically work, if not you can help us making it work by providing the SilverFast logfile.
