LaserSoft Imaging

Hi,

I just noticed that in the de-screening-dialog window the ability to resize the dialog-window is not available (contrary to manual, to get bigger preview of the de-secreening effect). See screenshot. This is on a MBP C2D 2.33 GH 2GB Ram running 10.5.6 German. SF 6.6.r4e with a Canon 8600F-Scanner.

By the way de-screening works excellent!!

Dear Rolf,
i just checked with our "manual wizard".
The dialoge is only supposed to be resizable in the "Studio" and "SE-Plus" Versions, so no wonder you do not have that function.
We will correct this in the manual, you can see this mentioned in the description of the look-alike USM Preview Dialog

well what can I say. Actually as a user I am not so happy about your business-model here! And I am not even contemplating the time when my Scanner will ultimately fail and need to be replaced, then I'd have to start buying new software – and SF is not cheap. Clearly this little addition would be in line with the current abilities of SFAi? This is not as if one would gain REALLY sth. on SF Ai Studio which has a lot more under the hood.
Grummbling even though the last release (and bugfix) made iSRD possible.
