my mistake, i just realized that youe are using a SE version as Canon bundles a SE version...
I am sorry, but Kodachrome is not available in SE mode !
I can not guess why you had a SE version that offered Kodachrome support, maybe you did not enter the Serial number ?
( If in demo mode, SilverFast showcases all SE Plus features ).
