I have the 8800F and I have problem with my 120 dia (positiv). it does not work.
Is it supported?
Is in your SRD for Canon testing the F8800F is included?

Canon incorporated a new low level driver. Updating driver and/or SilverFast software will remedy this problem.

iSRD (i.e. making use of the infrared channel ability for SilverFast's SRD (Smart Removal of image Defects) is in development for Canon scanners, but no date of publication can yet be given.
Please note that any project in progress may be cancelled due to unforeseen reasons.

having just bought a 8800f which arrived with silverfast , photoelements and the usual bundled canon software should i use the silverfast or stick with the usual canoscan bundle
