dear diary
the voices in my head are growing louder. must speak to someone soon.
{I switched off the computer, had a long lunch, came back tried demo version again and this is working fine. why could this be?
I had previously turned off the computer after instillation and the blue continued.
I am worried that if I BUY the expensive upgrade SEv6.5. 5r5. then the blue will come back?
IF ONLY SOME ONE COULD SPEAK TO ME THEN I MAY REGAIN SOME FAITH IN SILVERFAST.

dear diary
today I am scanning the same 120 film negs with Se 6.5 5r5 (the same demo version as yesterday).
Today the same negs that were fine yesterday are BLUE today.
WHY SHOULD I USE SILVERFAST WHEN THERE IS NO HELP?

Dear Diary
this is the end
Quite honestly Ive had enough.
I've moved to v**s**n. Its simple. Silverfast had the advantage of negfix profiles. But
Silverfast support and attitude sucks.
In the most childish and petulant of moods I will do my bit to remind everyone I can that they dont give a pants about their customers. You cannot imagine how many hours Ive spent in this black hole.
Hiding a bug that cannot be resolved and still selling their product. Come on.
see you....never.
