Hi,

I've been using SE plus for some time and decided to upgrade to AI today.

I'm still trying to figure out how to benefit from the upgrade. One thing I'm missing is the multi-sampling bottom.

Shouldn't this be an option in AI as long as it's available with SE plus for the same scanner.

no, it shouldn't. Multi-sampling is either available in all versions (if it's hardware-based) or as with a "feature extension version" which are the SE Plus for SE, and respectively the "Ai Studio" to "Ai".

Customers, who bought SE Plus before and decide that they need "professional" functionality (e.g. full CMS, ability to save multitudes of settings, ability to fine-tune tools, a.s.o.) want to upgrade from SE Plus to Ai Studio (not to Ai standard), if they don't want to lose the Plus/Studio features.
