my customer does not have any software on his Silverfast CDRom with Plustek OpticFilm 7500i that works with with Mac OS 10.4.

Plustek do not support Mac.

Please assist me. Where can i download software?

please download from the SilverFast web site.
The 7500i is supported under MacOSX.
